What I believe about Pudding

It's been a crapsnacker of a week. Truly. I'm keeping it together, and trying to channel my British stiff upper lip. This does however require some additional help.

PUDDING.



I believe pudding should be:
Tapioca
Cold
Double Thick to the point you can cut it like cake
plenty

--and pudding can truly save the world.

I'm in the all sorts of makery mode this weekend. That and pudding might set me to rights.

I love tapioca..bit light with egg whites..yummy. crapsnacker....thats crappy right? Sorry. Had kind of a blech week myself, with some highlights that served as my pudding.

I love, love, LOVE tapioca pudding. And like you, I love it thick. I love the Kozo brand the best, but I wish the tapioca pearls were double. Mmmm... now I'm CRAVING some! Thank Tina!

totally with you on pudding-tapioca- the thicker the better.
I'm mostly vegan so I make mine with coconut milk and lots of cinnamon and then grate dark chocolate into it and top it off with thickened fruit.
Big pearls rule!
